Wedding Day Delivery & Setup – Important Information

 

To ensure your wedding cake arrives in perfect condition and is beautifully presented, we offer professional delivery and on-site assembly for all wedding cakes.

Because wedding cakes are often multi-tiered and heavy, proper planning is essential. Please review the following requirements to help us deliver and set up your cake safely and efficiently.

Work Area Requirements:

• A clean, flat workspace near the cake display area must be provided for on-site assembly.

• The space should be shaded, indoors, or protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures—especially for outdoor venues.

• Adequate space and clear access for unloading and transporting the cake from the vehicle to the display area must be available.

Cake Support Requirements:

• Wedding cakes are very heavy, especially larger or tiered designs.

• A sturdy, level table or cake pedestal must be provided by the customer or venue.

• Please ensure the table is stable, does not wobble or tilt, and is appropriately sized to support the full weight and size of the cake.

For outdoor events, the cake table should be placed on solid, even ground to prevent leaning or tipping.
